What is Theotherapy?

Reconciliation → Resolution → Healing → Growth

Theotherapy means God’s healing. It is a Christian approach to counselling that helps bring resolution to inner and relational conflicts, grounded in reconciliation with God through Jesus Christ.

Through the Bridge of Conflict Resolution, we explore the issues of the heart and work towards freedom, peace and renewed relationships. Practical tools and biblical insights support lasting change in everyday life.

Whether you are seeking personal support or learning to care for others, Theotherapy offers a path towards healing and growth.

Meet Brian Synnott

BA (Hons) Chr&Min, Sup ii BACP, DTT

With more than 25 years’ experience in pastoral ministry and therapy, I help people find emotional, spiritual and psychological freedom through Theotherapy — God’s healing for the heart.

My own experience of healing inspired a lifelong calling to help others. Alongside my private counselling practice, I work with churches, Christian leaders and rehabilitation centres across Ireland and the UK.

I hold an honours degree in Christian Ministry and Theology, am an ordained minister and qualified BACP supervisor, and have completed Doctorate Level 5 in Theotherapy. I live in Ireland with my wife, Doris, and our three sons.

“I walked out of the counselling session 50 tons lighter… six weeks later, I still have this peace.”
